Return/Refund Policy
After you purchase the product from BF Pro, please be sure to check if there are any problems such as product damage/wrong delivery/missing goods. If the above situation exists during the transaction, the customer can contact customer service within 5 days to apply for a return/refund.
No return/refund/refund under the following circumstances:
・The product is purchased through any other channels;
・The product is a gift or sample;
・Personal factors such as product size and taste;
・Original packaging has been opened;
・Other unreasonable reasons
BF Pro reserves the right to reject any refund application and determine that the relevant return/refund application is not justified or appropriate.
In case of any dispute, BF Pro reserves the right of final decision.
Apply for return
If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the goods to make relevant requirements. The application procedures are as follows:
1. Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, boxes, documents and related goods.
2. Contact us by WhatApp 63588520 or email bfprohk@gmail.com
i) Submit a return or exchange, and provide the order number and personal contact information;
ii) Describe the problem encountered;
iii) Take and send photos or images of the goods in question
4. After receiving the application, we will confirm whether the condition of the goods meets the requirements of the above return and exchange policy as soon as possible.
5. After confirming that the application is successful, we will use WhatApp to notify you of the return application status and arrange the return of the goods.
6. Generally, it takes 7-10 working days to process returns and exchanges.

5. After confirming that the application is successful, we will notify you by WhatApp to arrange the return of the goods.
6. After confirming the receipt of the returned goods, we will arrange for the refund of the money with your WhatApp.
7. Generally, it takes 2-3 weeks to process the return and refund.
